I'll work my way through all of it, I'm sure. But I started with Beth's because she crafts stories so well. And also, has excellent taste in pairings.

Warnings: not a one
Hmm. The Plot. Well, I think I may have seen it somewhere before: Harry and Snape decide to pretend to be involved with each other, to put off other suitors.
But it doesn't matter. Never does, when a plot is in Beth's gentle hands. Her humor is invariably clever, light, and polished. And she usually shows a touching faith in romantic endings, which for some reason I always buy. When it's her story, I mean.
Excerpt: (Harry is speaking here)
"You pretended to be loyal to a power-hungry sociopath for years, but pretending to like me would stretch your acting abilities beyond their capabilities?"
Severus took another drink of Guinness. "Well, the one was far more plausible than the other, wasn't it?"
See what I mean?
