I have a bullet-proof kink (I believe is the expression) for forced bond Snarry fics. And when it's a funny, well-written forced bondfic, well . . . . *shivers with delight*

I love forced bond fics. And not just in one mood or season, but in many. Often, a well-done forced bond fic can kill you dead with the build up, the sexual tension (as with meri_oddities' Sanguis Vinculum). Or, there can be various shades of lovely dub con and complex moral ambiguity.

But this story stands out as one of the wittiest, most snicker-inducing forced bondfics I've ever seen. The Snape voice is perfect here. God, yes. This is exactly how he'd react to being forced to marry and live with a teenager. And there's a marvelously cynical and evil Scrimgeour. And I doubt anyone will feel shortchanged by the sex here. Just saying.

This works beautifully as humor, as erotica, and as witty, witty snark. The writing is polished, and the characterization is dead-on. This story is just a romp, and its energy pulled me right in.

A really good forced bondfic Snarry. And funny as hell. *sighs happily*
